Treacle SPONGE CAKE-pie with GOLDEN SYRUP.
(for 6 pers., preparation: + - 45 min)



Hey my sweet Sweetypies, it does not always need to be something salty, right ?
Let's get sweet again.  ;-) 



You need:
- 8 tbsp. golden syrup
- 100 gr. soft butter + 20 gr. 
- 100 gr. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla-essence
- 100 gr. self-raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- porcelain pie dish, greased










Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Pour the golden syrup into the buttered pie dish. Mix 100 gr. butter and sugar with a mixer. Add the eggs one by one, while you keep knocking. Add the 20 gr. butter, salt and vanilla-essence and mix until homogenous. Pour the mixture in the form. Bake for 30 min. and check occasionally, so that the top of the cake does not burn (cover with foil if necessary). Allow the cake to cool in the mold, to room temperature. This cake, you serve in the pie dish.
