Provencal POTATOES in foil.
(for 4 pers., preparation. + - 35 min.)
You need:
- 800 gr. new potatoes
- 1 chili pepper, washed, seeded and chopped
- 1 red paprika (pepper), washed, seeds removed and cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp. leaf parsley, washed and chopped
- 4 tbsp. black olives, pitted
- 1 tbsp. basil, chopped
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika powder
- Salt & pepper
- 4 sheets of baking paper (parchment or aluminum foil)
- a barbecue (or oven)

Preparation:
Scrub the new potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them for 10 min. in lightly salted water and then let them drain. Divide the potatoes, paprika, chilli, olives (and anchovies for the non-vegetarians) on the 4 sheets of parchment paper (or aluminum foil). Sprinkle with the parsley, basil, paprika powder and salt & pepper. Fold the papilloten tightly and let it cook for + - 15 min. on the barbecuegrill (or in the oven at 180 ° C.). Serve with a fresh tomato salsa or/and a salad.
