Colourfull Omelet with FETA and RED ONION.


Omelet with FETA and RED ONION.
(for 4 pers., preparation. + - 30 min.)



You need:
- 4 eggs
- 100 gr. Feta cheese
- 150 gr. young (baby) spinach leafs, washed and drained
- 1 red onion, peeled and cut into thin rings
- Fresh basil, rinsed, only the leaves.
- a dash fresh cream 
- olive oil or butter
- Salt & pepper
- A bowl
- A pan





Preparation: 
Beat the eggs with the dash fresh cream in a bowl. Season with pepper & salt. Put some butter or olive oil in the pan and cook 4 omelets (keep them warm on a plate covered with foil or in the oven.). Put on each plate an omelet, divide on each some onion rings, feta, basil leaves and baby spinach leaves. Fold the omelette up and serve immediately.
TIP:
You can also always put in a red chillipepper, do not forget to remove the seeds from the pepper and cut the pepper into small pieces. Throw that in the beaten egg mixture. That in contrast with the cream certainly makes it extra special.
